Delivery Policy

• We offer local delivery on select days and times.
• Delivery fees are based on your location and will be provided before your order is confirmed.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time.
• Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for damage, theft, or products left unattended.
• Incorrect addresses may result in additional delivery fees or delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation have already begun.

Refund Policy
Because our desserts are made fresh to order, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

• The wrong order was delivered.
• Your order arrives significantly damaged due to our handling.
• There is a verified issue with the quality of the product.

To report an issue, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the product. We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect information provided by the customer (address, pickup time, flavor selection, etc.).
• Products that have been left unrefrigerated or improperly stored after delivery or pickup.
• Minor variations in color or decoration, as all treats are handmade.
